Sex claim Isle of Wight female prison workers arrested.Two female prison workers suspended over allegations of "inappropriate relationships" at the jail where they work have been arrested.
The women, an officer support grade worker and an administrator, are alleged to have engaged in sexual conduct with male prisoners.
The 29-year-old and 40-year-old worked at HMP Camp Hill, on the Isle of Wight.
They were arrested on suspicion of wilful misconduct and neglect to perform duty and bailed until 10 July.
Both were suspended pending the outcome of the police investigation.
HMP Isle of Wight was created by an amalgamation of the three former establishments; Albany, Camp Hill, and Parkhurst.
Camp Hill, which was built in 1912, lies adjacent to Albany and Parkhurst on the outskirts of Newport and houses Category C prisoners.
